End of Summer at Disneyland!

This past weekend, my boyfriend and I, along with our very good friend, decided to end Summer in Disneyland style! Luck was on our side, because for once, most of the lines for the rides were only 15-25 minutes long! We were very happy about that, and the weather was amazing.

Please enjoy the pictures!

For breakfast, we went to La Brea Bakery Cafe at Downtown Disney. My boyfriend had the pancakes, our friend had oatmeal, and I had the scrambled eggs with applewood smoked bacon croissant. Everything was REALLY good.

For lunch, we tried out the newly opened Carthay Circle on Buena  Vista Street. We ordered from the bite sized plates. The Deviled eggs with smoked salmon was delicious, and my hot shrimp shooter was tasty with a nice kick! If you want a sweet refreshing drink, try the Rose Petal Soda. It comes with a sugar coated edible rose petal!

These cute purses and handbags are sold at WonderGround Gallery at Downtown Disney.

We checked out the new Mad Tea Party that replaced ElecTRONica. Great music, great atmosphere, colorful and fun decorations. I actually enjoyed it more than ElecTRONica.

This guy was walking around on stilts. It was very cool!

The Dj was the White Rabbit! He was wearing glowing white rabbit ears. =P

Unfortunately, we didn't try the drinks, but there's always next time!

The rabbit hole...Ooooh.

Don't be late to visit the Mad Tea Party, the next time you're at Disneyland!
Since I'm taking six classes this Fall semester, I might not be able to update my blog as frequently as I would like to. I hope you Princesses will understand. Of course, I will be using Instagram to quickly share pictures of anything interesting I find. That way I can still feel connected to each of you. So, please follow me on there!

I hope all of you had a beautiful Summer vacation like I did and I can't wait to hear all of your stories!
And if you're returning to school, I wish every one of you a successful semester!

New Disney Apparel at Forever 21

Finally, the nights are getting cooler and Fall is approaching. Personally, I cannot wait until I can start layering clothes again! Check out these cute Disney sweaters that Forever 21 just added onto their online store.

Lately, I haven't been seeing these sweaters in their stores much, so it might be best to order them from online. What's your style for Fall? Share your thoughts!

D23 Expo 2013!

Hello my Princesses! So, after a lot of waiting, early bird tickets for the D23 Expo 2013 are now on sale! I bought mine and my boyfriend's tickets yesterday. Since we're both D23 members, we only paid the membership price of $40, for the one day ticket.

The D23 Expo is THE ultimate Disney fan event! The expo will feature the latest stars, merchandise, art, costumes, and much more from the world of Disney. There is also the Disney Legends Awards, which pays tribute to the talented men and women, that have made their mark in the Disney industry. In 2011, Disney gave the Legends Awards to Jodie Benson (voice for Ariel), Lea Salonga (singing voice for Mulan and Jasmine), Paige O'Hara (voice for Belle), Linda Larkin (voice for Jasmine), and Anika Noni Rose (voice for Tiana). So, I cannot wait to see who will be featured in the 2013 ceremony!

This year there will also be an all new Fan Art Contest celebrating the 50th anniversary of Mary Poppins. Most exciting of all, is the 12,000 square foot Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives exhibit, where fans can see amazing costumes, set pieces, and props from past Disney films and such!

If you are interested in attending, the early bird prices lasts until December 31, 2012. General admission price for an adult one day ticket is $47 and for children it's $37. I would love to see most of you there! It's an event that cannot be missed!

Playing with Make-Up

So, I've been watching season one of ABC's Once Upon a Time, and I am in love with the show! Ginnifer Goodwin makes a lovely Snow White, and what I admire most about her version of "fairest of them all", is that she is no damsel in distress. She's tough, knows how to fight, but still believes in true love and happily ever after. Don't get me wrong, I love Disney's Snow White, but it's always great to see an empowered woman, right?

I was thinking of doing a Snow White inspired make up look, but I have to be honest, I am no make up artist. I have a lot of beauty products, but I'm still limited on the skills to truly capture the essence of Snow's beauty.

Just for fun though, I decided to do a little make up test. Please keep in mind, I am not a pro and I was just testing things out. I still have a lot to work on. Please feel free to give me tips, though! Thank you!

I added pink gloss over the red lipstick, just so it'll create a softer look. False lashes ftw!
If you haven't watched Season 1 of Once Upon a Time yet, then you should start now, because Season 2 will premier next month on the 30th! I can't wait!

Cinderella Collector Doll

The new Cinderella Collector Doll is now available for pre-order, and she is just simply gorgeous! The only dolls I collect are the Disney Animator Dolls, but after seeing the Cinderella doll, I might just have to add her to my collection next!

After all, most of my Disney toys, movies, and books will be passed onto my future daughter one day! And I would love for her to experience the beauty and splendor of Princess Cinderella.

I wish they made this dress in life size!

Cinderella's hair and bodice are decorated with sparkling rhinestones.

The Cinderella Collector Doll comes out on October 2nd, which is the same day as the release of Disney's Cinderella on Blu-ray! Sounds like October will be a magical month!

Which Disney Princess would you say you're most like? I would love to hear from all of you!

Minnie Mouse for London Fashion Week

We all know and love her for her stylish yellow pumps, red polka dotted dress, and a big bow! Well, we can all look forward to that and more! Minnie Mouse's signature fashion will be revamped for the catwalk at this seasons' London Fashion Week. A group of top designers such as Giles Deacon, Lulu Guinness, Katie Hillier, Richard Nicoll, and Meadham Kirchoff among others, will be working their magic on creating unique pieces of clothing, inspired by the sassy mouse.  Are you excited yet?

The greatness doesn't end there. After the clothes have been shown off on the runway, they'll be auctioned off on eBay, and all sales made will be donated to the Fashion Arts Foundation Charity. Fashion for a good cause is always in trend!

A taste of what we can expect to see in September. Design by Coco Perez. I love it!

Do you follow runway fashion? What do you look forward to most about London Fashion Week? Share your thoughts! Also, stay tuned this week, for my Snow White inspired make up from the hit show Once Upon a Time

*New* Disney iphone 4S case!

The iphone 4S case I ordered from ebay arrived this morning! I was SO excited. It was shipped all the way from China. Take a look, Princesses!

The case is made of hard plastic and is in good condition.

You can fold the ears in and out. How cute is that!?
The person is a Top-rated seller and Power Seller on ebay. You can visit their store call 3cpage. It took the item about a week and a half to arrive, which is fast in my opinion, for being international. Remember, if you are buying from ebay, make sure to read the sellers' reviews, check their seller status, and always order from those who use paypal. The transaction is more secure that way. Always safety, first!
